Core Markets: Multifamily / Mixed-Use / Commercial
With a backlog spanning until 2030, they are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to work on some record-breaking projects. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the full project life-cycle, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations. Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to enhance individual and team performance.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of projects and the business unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education training and experience.
- Minimum 10 years experience in construction management, supervising large projects ($50M+) and developing a team of construction professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
